Seems like everyone I talk to lately is trying everyday to get more done with less resources. Departments which used to have 8 people now have 5. Technology is a great thing and it does let you get more done, but the real world limits still apply. There are still only 24 hrs in a day, you need to see your family and get to the gym for your health.

Ask yourself, do you really need to stumble through lower priority tasks when you could be working on higher level tasks that move your business towards your ultimate goals? Are these lower priority tasks really the best use of your time? If the project takes longer than it should, you are not saving money, it actually costs you more. Sure the sales people can manage their own sales funnel but shouldn't they be out talking to customers and closing deals?
